Regional Director, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Supervise store operations across a vast geographic area through District/Area Managers.

• Collaborate with District/Area Managers to ensure that stores achieve or surpass profitability, customer service, and operational objectives.

• Evaluate store expenses and develop strategies to manage costs effectively.

• Foster consistent communication, application, and enforcement of policies and initiatives throughout the region.

• Typically manage an equivalent annual store revenue volume of up to 100MM USD.

• Take into account brand maturity, market changes, market share, and the pace of growth/expansion as potential differentiators for leveling.

• Experience and tenure do not influence leveling decisions.

• Capability to oversee operations via District/Area Managers.

• Proficiency in managing profitability, customer service, and operational goals across multiple stores.

• Skill in analyzing store expenses and executing cost-control strategies.

• Competence in communicating, applying, and enforcing regional policies and initiatives.

• Ability to manage annual store revenue volume of up to 100MM USD.
