This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio comprising 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture alongside General Managers and Front Desk personnel through the sharing of best practices and peer mentoring.
• Drive return on investment for hotel partners while reaching revenue targets within a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Initiate new accounts in local markets and enhance market share from existing accounts through deliberate and strategic prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategy updates via Microsoft Teams for designated hotels and provide progress reports.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to enhance revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enrich and fortify client relationships.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience in hotel guestroom sales across all market segments.
• Experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven experience in cultivating trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Capacity to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2–4 times per year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during client’s business hours.
