This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a collection of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk staff through best-practice sharing and peer coaching.
• Enhance ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue objectives on a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new local-market accounts and expand market share from existing accounts through intentional and strategic prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategy updates via MS Teams for designated hotels and track progress.
• Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to oversee accounts and reduce the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Function as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Report to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• A minimum of 3 years of consecutive experience in hotel guestroom sales across all market segments.
• Experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times per year.
• This position is home-based (remote) during client business hours.
• Travel for in-market visits (2-4 visits per year).
