This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales initiatives for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel through best-practice sharing and peer-to-peer mentorship.
• Drive return on investment for hotel partners and reach revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new local market accounts and expand market share from existing clients through strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via Microsoft Teams for assigned hotels.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to oversee accounts and expedite the sales process.
• Collaborate with the assigned POD team to enhance revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold client satisfaction.
• Represent hotel clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen client relationships.
• Report to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Proven track record in generating new business, expanding market share, and meeting revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
• Capable of working at a computer and participating in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately two to four times a year.
• Position is remote (home-based) during client’s business hours.
• 2-4 in-market visits per year.
