Regional Director of Operations – East

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage all facets of branch operations throughout the Eastern region.

• Ensure that branches achieve revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA objectives.

• Recruit, develop, and guide Branch Managers.

• Spearhead new market introductions and revitalization efforts for underperforming branches.

• Assume regional P&L accountability and oversee resource allocation.

• Implement Make-Ready, Repair & Maintenance, and CapEx services with local teams.

• Generate and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual updates on operational and financial performance.

• Enhance client retention and satisfaction through site inspections, quality evaluations, and proactive communication.

• Establish KPIs, optimize processes, and promote the adoption of company-wide systems and initiatives.

• Uphold safety standards and protocols at each branch.

• Advocate for preparedness regarding new initiatives and operational changes.

• Report directly to the VP of Operations.

• Travel between 25–50% as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in regional operations with oversight of multiple locations and full P&L accountability.

• Demonstrated success in launching and revitalizing branch operations in high-growth, service-oriented industries.

• Experience in multi-family services, particularly in make-ready, repair & maintenance, or CapEx, is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong expertise in KPI management, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership.

• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and retain high-performing branch-level talent.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Capability to walk properties, navigate stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record are required.

• Availability to work irregular hours based on business requirements.

• Must reside in Florida or Georgia at the time of hire.
