Pharmacy Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the platform.

• Offer training and support to providers regarding the effective use of the platform.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of provider questions and concerns.

• Engage in program development and initiatives aimed at quality improvement.

• Oversee provider schedules to guarantee sufficient coverage in high-demand markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in provider relations or support roles within a healthcare or telehealth environment.

• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Competence in interpreting data to aid in capacity planning.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

• Proficiency in G-Suite applications.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic startup setting.

• Must possess legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM PST; no flexibility in schedule is permitted.

• During the initial month, must be available for training Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM PST; no schedule adjustments allowed.
