This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Lead strategic operations initiatives.
β’ Provide technical support in the field.
β’ Oversee centralized operations activities.
β’ Guide and assist engineering personnel to cultivate a high-performing team.
β’ Enhance building operations through integrated facilities management and engineering.
β’ Create and uphold a strategic plan for the engineering team.
β’ Manage the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams.
β’ Identify and mitigate risks associated with client facilities.
β’ Implement and oversee computerized maintenance management systems.
β’ Administer the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program.
β’ Design and execute training programs based on skills assessments and safety needs.
β’ Supervise the development and implementation of energy management initiatives.
β’ Ensure consistent maintenance management practices across the portfolio by overseeing engineering staff.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 10 years of direct supervision experience in multi-building operations.
β’ In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial and critical facilities.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
β’ Strong organizational abilities and a collaborative management approach.
β’ Capability to read and understand instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
β’ Ability to write straightforward correspondence and instructions.
β’ Proficiency in explaining operational and mechanical issues in a clear and simple manner.
β’ Effectively communicate and present information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
β’ Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
β’ Preferred: Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field.
β’ Preferred: Experience with energy management and efficiency programs.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations.
β’ Preferred: Experience in developing and implementing standard processes for utility consumption reporting.
