This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Act as the primary representative of AccessLex Institute and the Helix Bar Review program.
• Cultivate and manage relationships within the designated territory.
• Develop tailored business strategies to enhance engagement and achieve objectives.
• Assist in bar review engagement initiatives, including focus groups, feedback sessions, company events, school visits, conferences, and other external opportunities.
• Generate content that promotes academic and bar success.
• Establish and uphold connections with member schools, faculty, administrators, students, student groups, and related organizations.
• Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and written correspondence.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, tradeshows, and assigned events.
• Recruit, train, and support student ambassadors.
• Provide direct assistance and mentorship to student users of the bar review program.
• Maintain records in the contact management system, including contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation.
• Stay informed about company products and services while suggesting new offerings.
• Contribute to the development and quality assurance of products, services, and communications.
• Manage social media presence for promotion, lead generation, and nurturing in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Keep the National Director updated on critical issues.
• Provide insights and updates on law school bar-passing initiatives, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively with bar review program engagement and strategic teams.
• Report directly to the area National Director.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is mandatory.
• Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in education, relationship management, or a sales-related field.
• Strong grasp of sales techniques and relationship cultivation.
• Deep understanding of product development and delivery processes.
• Expertise in brand development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the bar exam process, including key elements and strategies for success.
• Capability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully launch new products.
• Ability to stay updated on higher education policies and issues, particularly within law schools and professional education settings.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking abilities.
• A team-oriented approach with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including web-based tools, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration platforms.
• Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about legal education and student achievement.
• Proven strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work effectively from a home office, on a campus, or while traveling.
• Preferred: Familiarity with bar review programs and initiatives related to school bar success.
• Preferred: Understanding of student engagement and programming best practices.
• Preferred: Background in the legal education sector.
• Preferred: Knowledge of event planning, coordination, and conference management.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
