This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
β’ Develop and oversee the designated territory encompassing schools in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Minnesota.
β’ Formulate territory-specific business strategies to enhance engagement and achieve objectives for Company brands and products.
β’ Facilitate bar review engagement initiatives, including focus groups, feedback sessions, Company events, school visits, industry conferences, and other external opportunities.
β’ Generate content that supports academic and bar success.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with member schools, faculty, administrators, students, student organizations, and related entities.
β’ Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and other forms of communication.
β’ Act as a representative for the Company as an ambassador at industry conferences, tradeshows, and designated events.
β’ Recruit, train, and provide support to student ambassadors.
β’ Offer direct assistance and mentoring to student users of the bar review program.
β’ Maintain records in the contact management system, including contact information, event tracking, and campaign participation.
β’ Stay informed about Company products and services, while recommending new offerings.
β’ Contribute to the creation and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications.
β’ Manage social media presence for promotion, lead generation, and nurturing in collaboration with the marketing team.
β’ Keep the National Director updated on urgent issues.
β’ Report to the area National Director and work in conjunction with bar review program engagement and strategic engagement teams.
β’ A law degree (J.D.) is required.
β’ Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in education, relationship-building, and/or a sales-related field is required.
β’ Strong grasp of sales and relationship development.
β’ In-depth understanding of product development and delivery processes.
β’ Solid comprehension of brand building principles.
β’ Strong insight into the bar exam process, including elements and strategies for success.
β’ Capability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully launch new products.
β’ Familiarity with higher education policies and issues, particularly in law school and professional school contexts.
β’ Ability to work effectively from a home office, on campus, or while traveling.
β’ Proficiency in computer applications, including web-based tools, CRM systems (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration platforms.
β’ Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.
β’ Exceptional writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
β’ Superior attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
β’ Collaborative mindset with the capability to both give and receive constructive feedback.
β’ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
β’ Passionate about legal education and committed to student success.
β’ Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
β’ Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
β’ Fully remote work from a home office.
