Regional Construction Manager – Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish, grow, and sustain business relationships within the construction industry, as well as with relevant associations, guilds, and chambers.

• Offer personal, written, and telephone assistance to end customers operating in the construction sector.

• Oversee, develop, and enhance existing commercial customer relationships across all dimensions.

• Acquire new customers through various channels in close collaboration with sales teams.

• Manage public relations and deliver regional support to construction partners and associated organizations.

• Propel active sales through personal interactions, as well as video, telephone, and online consultations.

• Create, plan, and effectively execute customer events.

• Systematically boost market share through targeted new customer acquisition efforts.

• Maintain a high standard of consulting quality by conducting structured annual reviews and comprehensive documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Specialist (m/f/d), advanced qualification as an insurance specialist, or a similar background.

• Professional experience in the construction industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with regional markets, construction projects, and customer relationships is advantageous.

• Strong sales initiative is essential.

• Excellent service and customer orientation is required.

• Exceptional organizational abilities are necessary.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools.

• Relevant professional experience is mandatory.
