This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Utilize an established partner network to generate and finalize new opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate key CX partners, TSDs, VARs, MSPs, and independent agents.
• Cultivate relationships with TSD leadership to enhance mindshare and increase deal flow.
• Create joint business plans with top partners that outline revenue goals, enablement milestones, and co-selling initiatives.
• Identify partners best suited to target midmarket accounts and prioritize investment accordingly.
• Provide education and training to partners regarding Broadvoice and GoContact solutions, competitive positioning, and the midmarket sales strategy.
• Participate in partner sales calls, engage in negotiations, and assist in closing opportunities with end-users.
• Organize and lead partner events, webinars, and field days.
• Differentiate Broadvoice from competitors through effective communication and updated sales tools.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to develop territory strategies and address partner needs.
• Present forecasts, pipeline updates, and QBR-ready reports to leadership.
• Represent Broadvoice at industry events, including 2-3 annual trade shows and partner meetings.
• Gather partner and market feedback to guide the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of partners with minimal supervision.
• Address partner and customer escalations in partnership with Sales Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Support.
• Travel 30-50% for partner visits, TSD events, field activities, and trade shows.
• Advocate for the Broadvoice brand in interactions with partners and customers.
• Achieve quarterly revenue targets through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines.
• Drive new partner activations each quarter and maintain 5-7x pipeline coverage.
• Expand regional account pipeline and closed-won revenue on a month-over-month basis.
• Report on pipeline health weekly via Salesforce and engage in forecast discussions.
• Must reside in Southern California (USA).
• 5-7+ years of experience in a channel sales or partner management role within the CCaaS/UCaaS ecosystem.
• Established and active relationships with TSDs, VARs, MSPs, and/or independent agents in the area.
• In-depth knowledge of Contact Center (CCaaS) and Unified Communications (UCaaS) solutions.
• Proven track record in selling and/or enabling partners to penetrate midmarket accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM for managing pipelines, forecasting, and tracking activities.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
• Excellent rapport-building, communication, and follow-up abilities, including presenting to individuals or groups both in-person and virtually.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.
