Regional Business Director – Immunology, Rheumatology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Directly oversee, develop, and manage District Managers and Rheumatology Sales Specialists.

• Guide the team in optimizing sales opportunities.

• Create and implement a tailored business plan that aligns with Immunology business and brand strategies.

• Achieve compliant growth in product sales and volume targets.

• Respond to customer and market needs and requirements.

• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to enhance access and establish effective operational networks.

• Inspire, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team.

• Mentor District Managers and Sales Specialists on essential business competencies and leadership principles.

• Foster stakeholder alignment and ensure customer-focused, company-responsible outcomes.

• Establish overall account goals and objectives.

• Lead the development and monitoring of account metrics and business performance.

• Comply with the J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience is required.

• At least five (5) years of cross-functional experience in critical commercial roles, including Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics, or Business Development.

• Previous experience in direct people management and leadership.

• Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and motivate high-performing, diverse teams.

• Demonstrated commercial skills and success in prior commercial roles.
