Associate Director, Client Media Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the integrated planning for initiatives across paid, earned, owned, and omnichannel engagement.

• Create strategic media recommendations for HCP and DTC that are guided by audience insights, market dynamics, and business goals.

• Supervise media investment strategies, recommend channel mixes, establish measurement frameworks, and devise optimization plans.

• Act as a strategic consultant for clients facing challenges in healthcare engagement.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with teams in Strategy, CRM, Analytics, Creative, and Activation.

• Direct discussions on campaign performance and pinpoint opportunities for innovation and growth.

• Oversee and nurture planning talent while ensuring excellence in client deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare media.

• Extensive knowledge in integrated media planning and omnichannel customer engagement.

• Proven experience in crafting HCP and DTC media strategies for complex brands or therapeutic areas.

• Excellent client leadership, presentation skills, and storytelling capabilities.

• Track record of successfully managing multiple client relationships and teams.
