This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee and facilitate service delivery within the designated region.
β’ Provide assistance and support to health plan members, long-term care insurance policy holders, and direct-to-consumer clients.
β’ Aid in understanding benefits and services, optimizing resources, coordinating services, and communicating with providers.
β’ Develop professional relationships within The Helper Beesβ network of aging-in-place service providers.
β’ Advocate best practices for platform use, customer interaction, referral management, scheduling, service completion, and invoicing.
β’ Track referral activities to ensure prompt assignment, acceptance, and fulfillment of services.
β’ Address referral escalations and customer service inquiries by analyzing platform/dashboard activities and engaging with providers or customers.
β’ Prioritize the timely fulfillment of referrals to meet program objectives and guarantee customer satisfaction.
β’ Manage scheduled follow-up engagements independently.
β’ Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound phone coordination.
β’ Work alongside Account Managers on reporting, escalations, grievances, eligibility, and referral concerns.
β’ Collaborate with management to evaluate performance and adjust efforts as necessary.
β’ Achieve or surpass monthly encounter fulfillment targets and performance metrics.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a contact center/customer service, program coordination, care coordination/navigation, or a related field.
β’ Preferred experience in Public/Community Health or a similar discipline.
β’ Previous experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
β’ Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Professional demeanor in both phone interactions and written communication.
β’ Capacity for self-management of daily tasks and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
β’ Exceptional time-management and organizational abilities.
β’ Strong enthusiasm for assisting others and solving problems.
β’ Proficient interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
β’ Ability to navigate various technology platforms and portals.
β’ Comfort with technology and adaptability in learning new software and systems.
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ Dependable internet connection and a designated workspace suitable for professional phone conversations and handling sensitive data.
β’ Capability to remain at a designated workstation throughout the workday.
β’ Proficient in operating a computer, phone, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) equipment.
