This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +12 more states.
• Take ownership of the Central territory within Gifthealth's external sales organization focused on physicians.
• Implement field sales strategies, playbooks, and call plans that are developed at the national level.
• Develop and oversee the regional sales pipeline, which includes identifying accounts, outreach, engagement, and conversion efforts.
• Sustain a well-organized and accurately staged pipeline of accounts within physician, clinic, and hospital networks.
• Communicate the value proposition of Gifthealth’s enhanced service pharma programs to physicians, clinics, and hospital networks.
• Establish trusted relationships that promote program adoption and ensure long-term account retention.
• Achieve or surpass territory-specific conversion, revenue, and script volume growth objectives.
• Keep precise pipeline and forecast data, providing regular updates to the VP of Key Account Sales.
• Utilize territory coverage models, key account targeting, and call planning frameworks effectively.
• Supply field intelligence and market insights to refine targeting strategies and coverage design.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations on account transitions, messaging alignment, and customer experience.
• Report directly to the VP of Key Account Sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Required).
• 3+ years of direct sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting quotas and owning pipelines (Required).
• Background in physician sales, field sales execution, or account management within a defined territory (Required).
• Experience in hub market, pharmacy, or technology sales (Preferred).
• Proven experience in launching new products or programs within an existing territory or account base (Preferred).
• Strong comprehension of physician sales cycles, call planning, and pipeline management (Required).
• Capability to forge trusted relationships with stakeholders in physician, clinic, and hospital networks (Required).
• Proficient in executing playbooks and coverage models established by sales leadership while tactically adapting to territory-specific conditions (Required).
• Strong CRM discipline and accuracy in forecasting (Required).
• Familiarity with the hub market, pharmacy market, or healthcare technology sales landscape (Preferred).
• Must reside in one of the Central territory states: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Oklahoma, or Texas.
• Full-time availability is required.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Central territory.
• Competitive base salary along with eligibility for Sales Incentive Compensation linked to territory quota achievement and script volume production.
