📋 Description

• Manage the candidate selection process, which includes identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating face-to-face interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market analysis and continuous bench management.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring high submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies tailored for both passive and active candidates.

• Present exceptional talent for open roles and effectively address objections that arise during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Meet weekly and monthly submission and hiring goals consistently.

• Keep the applicant tracking system updated with relevant data and reports, and fulfill associated administrative tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to handle all facets of recruiting, including conducting competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and successfully negotiating and closing candidates.

• Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced recruiting environment that is metrics- and deadline-oriented.

• Proven track record of exceeding performance expectations and goals while utilizing feedback to achieve target outcomes.

• Ability to communicate the recruiting pipeline confidently.

• Strong client orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in executing recruitment strategies, encompassing a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Exceptional time management skills and adaptability in response to changing directions and priorities.

• Proven computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in MS Office.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Strong presence on social media platforms.
