Recruitment Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting preliminary phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust candidate network through market analysis and continuous bench management.

• Proactively anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers by achieving strong ratios for submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to uncover both passive and active candidates.

• Present top talent for vacancies and effectively address any objections encountered during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers on final candidate selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment protocols.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets.

• Regularly update and manage applicant tracking system data, reports, and other related administrative documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully handle all facets of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive candidate sourcing, advanced internet searching, negotiations, and closing candidates while producing results in a dynamic, metrics-driven recruiting environment.

• Proven track record of exceeding performance targets and goals, along with implementing feedback to reach desired results.

• Capacity to confidently communicate the recruiting pipeline to stakeholders.

• Strong focus on client needs and a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Proficiency in executing recruitment strategies, including the clear communication of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and the ability to adjust when priorities and directions change.

• Active contributor to the recruiting team, capable of adding value while promoting open collaboration.

• Proficient in computers, including intermediate skills in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong presence on social media platforms.
