This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the selection of candidates, which includes identifying and evaluating potential candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, facilitating interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and sustain a robust network of candidates through comprehensive market research and ongoing management of talent pools.

• Anticipate the needs of clients and preferences of hiring managers while ensuring strong ratios of submissions to interviews and interviews to offers.

• Create innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract both passive and active candidates.

• Present qualified talent for open positions and effectively address any objections encountered during the hiring process.

• Consult with client hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Achieve weekly and monthly goals for submissions and hires.

• Update and maintain data in the applicant tracking system, along with reports and related administrative records.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for candidates.

• Utilize recruitment strategies and market intelligence to fulfill clients' urgent hiring needs.

• Manage all facets of the recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for interviews and hiring.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to carry out all facets of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and negotiating and closing candidates.

• Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, metrics-driven recruiting environment with tight deadlines.

• Track record of exceeding performance expectations and goals while incorporating feedback to reach desired results.

• Ability to confidently articulate the recruiting pipeline.

• Strong client-centric approach and commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Proficiency in executing recruitment strategies, including clear communication of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability, and the capability to adjust to changing priorities and directions.

• Active engagement in a recruiting team and contribution to a collaborative environment.

• Proven proficiency with computers.

• Intermediate skills in MS Office.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

• Strong presence on social media platforms.
