• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes

• Ability to align candidate profiles with the requirements of hiring managers

• Experience in conducting selection interviews

• Skilled in preparing evaluation reports

• Proficient in monitoring hiring timelines

• Experience in updating recruitment systems and metrics

• Bachelor's degree either in progress or completed in a relevant field

• Must reside with convenient access to the Lapa area - São Paulo

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
