
Recruiting Operations Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete interview process, which includes scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with stakeholders across various functions and time zones.
• Assist in sourcing candidates for a designated vertical and recruiting team.
• Perform talent research, resume evaluations, candidate outreach, and manage the CRM pipeline.
• Act as an operational point of escalation for complex or high-priority recruitment activities.
• Assess recruiting workflows and sourcing methods to enhance speed, quality, and the overall candidate experience.
• Ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system and customer relationship management platforms.
• Accurately monitor sourcing activities and the status of the candidate pipeline.
• Oversee requisition lifecycle tasks, including job posting creation and updates.
• Support the development of recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Create and document standard operating procedures and playbooks for recruiting and sourcing.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring leaders, HR stakeholders, and technology teams to streamline recruiting operations and sourcing efforts.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, or talent operations.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted.
• Familiarity with recruiting operations and sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management tools.
• Awareness of recruiting process workflows.
• Proficient in scheduling and coordination.
• Strong skills in candidate communication, process documentation, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and recruiting technologies.
