📋 Description

• Assist with the expanding RPO initiatives for high-demand tech, biotech, and scale-up clients

• Develop search strategies based on imperfect briefs

• Execute advanced sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools

• Create intricate Boolean search strings

• Discover hidden or less obvious job titles

• Quickly assess candidate profiles

• Conduct tailored outreach and follow-up communications

• Perform light pre-qualification tasks

• Oversee 3–4 roles simultaneously across tech, biotech, and corporate recruiting

• Contribute to the development of Affinity’s internal operating system through workflows, data, no-code tools, and AI

• Provide well-organized candidate shortlists

• Operate without client-facing responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong profile as a Talent Sourcer

• Capability to structure complex searches and deliver organized candidate shortlists

• Proficient in advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, and automated tools

• Ability to formulate search strategies from incomplete briefs

• Skill in writing complex Boolean strings

• Competence in identifying hidden or non-obvious job titles

• Ability to swiftly analyze candidate profiles

• Experience in personalized outreach and follow-ups

• Light pre-qualification experience is advantageous

• Ability to manage multiple roles (3–4) concurrently across tech, biotech, and corporate recruiting

• Interest in the business/corporate landscape and capability to locate A-players in unfamiliar sectors

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to find efficient ways to target candidates and cover the entire market

• Enthusiasm for no-code and AI tools

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets

• Availability for freelance work
