This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated roles across Central Europe.
• Spearhead hiring for challenging and complex positions by utilizing advanced sourcing methods and engaging passive candidates.
• Evaluate and analyze candidates for functional capability, cultural alignment, and overall fit, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines for key skill areas that are critical and frequently required.
• Ensure a recruitment process that is high-quality, compliant, fair, and inclusive, enhancing the candidate experience.
• Represent the GE Vernova employer brand with pride.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to clarify role requirements, priorities, sourcing strategies, and market expectations.
• Provide insights to stakeholders regarding talent market trends, candidate availability, and best practices.
• Leverage recruitment data, funnel insights, and market intelligence to refine search strategies and inform hiring decisions.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and manage intricate offer scenarios.
• Maintain precise and timely ATS and process records.
• Implement Lean thinking and continuous improvement methodologies in recruitment delivery.
• Identify process bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Share best practices, market insights, and sourcing strategies with the TA team.
• Assist in TA projects, the introduction of new tools, and evolving operational methods.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, with a strong grasp of end-to-end hiring processes.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for complex roles across various functions, business areas, and countries.
• Strong skills in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Proven ability to advise hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment data, funnel metrics, and market insights to inform decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Strong skills in offer management and negotiation.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
