Healthcare Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruitment process for Child Development Specialist positions within designated markets, encompassing sourcing, screening, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.

• Execute outbound sourcing initiatives via Handshake campaigns, Indeed, referrals, as well as university and community outreach.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines in markets that may fluctuate each quarter.

• Assess candidates for compatibility and availability while clearly articulating job responsibilities, schedules, and the families served.

• Guide candidates from the point of offer acceptance through to their starting date and assist in their transition to onboarding.

• Oversee requisitions and candidate information using Ashby.

• Collaborate with clinical hiring managers and present recruiting metrics during pipeline meetings.

• Track funnel drop-off rates and modify recruiting strategies accordingly.

• Aim to recruit at least 12 Child Development Specialists each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have directly managed 10+ hires per month, or over 100 annually, in a role where you were responsible for the entire requisition process.

• Hands-on experience with outbound sourcing is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, staffing, or another high-volume setting is required.

• You are proficient in working with funnel data and are aware of your conversion rates.

• You possess the self-motivation needed to operate a full desk in unfamiliar markets.

• Employment is subject to passing a background check and successfully completing training.

• Candidates must reside within the United States.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with Ashby or another modern ATS, sourcing through Handshake, campus, or community channels, recruiting for behavioral health, allied health, or entry-level clinical roles, and experience in a rapidly growing organization.
