Senior Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement proactive strategies for candidate sourcing utilizing Boolean search, X-ray search, and talent mapping techniques.

• Develop strong candidate pipelines to meet both current and future recruitment demands.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential candidates.

• Create tailored outreach messages to engage passive top-tier professionals.

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to establish candidate personas and refine talent pools.

• Optimize the selection processes.

• Monitor funnel conversion rates and assess the ROI of sourcing channels.

• Leverage market data to inform hiring strategies and enhance results.

• Recognize market trends and experiment with new sourcing channels and tools.

• Contribute to the establishment of standardized best practices within the talent acquisition team.

• Assemble teams that promote client growth and directly influence company results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of focused talent sourcing experience, preferably in dynamic tech, scale-up, or RPO/agency settings.

• Expertise in advanced Boolean search, alternative search methods, candidate mapping, and standard recruitment tools.

• Must reside within the CEE or Balkans region.

• Availability aligned with CET working hours.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in English at a minimum C1 level.

• Analytical mindset with a track record of identifying funnel bottlenecks and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly.

• Familiarity with leading ATS/CRM tools, including Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, and Teamtailor.

• Notice period of up to 1 month.

• Willingness to engage in an indefinite B2B contract.
