Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with qualified candidate pools utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean searches, and various alternative discovery methods.

• Evaluate profiles and resumes against both technical and operational job specifications.

• Create focused candidate lists and ensure precise tracking of candidate activities within the Greenhouse ATS.

• Perform outbound outreach through direct messaging and phone conversations to spark candidate interest.

• Achieve weekly sourcing objectives and provide qualified leads to internal recruitment teams.

• Collaborate closely with internal recruiting leaders to enhance outbound lead generation and develop the talent pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, outbound lead generation, or agency recruiting for U.S. clients.

• Advanced expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and crafting Boolean search strings.

• Practical experience with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other HR platforms.

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency (C1/C2) along with a strong presence on the phone.

• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and repetitive sourcing tasks comfortably.

• Proven experience in conducting cold outreach to passive candidates, achieving notable response rates.

• Background in sourcing candidates for U.S.-based companies (preferred).

• Knowledge of candidate tracking systems or recruitment CRM tools (preferred).
