Creative Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conduct 20–30 rapid 15-minute qualification calls each day

• Actively source, engage, and develop candidate pools across LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and North America

• Create and sustain an active roster of over 200 performance video editors

• Seek out creative talent on platforms such as Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation, Vimeo, Motionographer, Upwork, Fiverr Pro, Contra, Workana, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, X/Twitter, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

• Assess video editors for their knowledge of direct-response performance, including hooks, UGC pacing, and scroll-stoppers

• Evaluate their familiarity with AI video tools like Runway, VEO, ElevenLabs, Kling, Midjourney, and HeyGen

• Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools, automated candidate outreach sequences, and ATS workflows

• Reduce time-to-hire while upholding quality standards for performance creative positions

• Collaborate effectively during team syncs and candidate transitions during EST hours

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience concentrated on Performance Marketing, Direct-Response, DTC, and E-Commerce creative roles

• Experience in recruiting Video Editors, Motion Designers, and Creative Strategists

• Demonstrated experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting, ideally within an agency or startup environment

• Comprehensive understanding of Paid Social ad formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), conversion-focused hooks, UGC pacing, and direct-response video editing criteria

• Proficiency in using AI recruiting platforms, automated outreach sequences, LinkedIn Recruiter, global creative databases, and ATS systems

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills

• High energy, stamina, and efficiency to handle 20–30 screening calls each day

• Must be available for daily real-time overlap with US EST working hours
