Recruiter – Customer Service Sector, RPO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a prominent client's business objectives through effective recruiting.

• Link candidates' expertise to job openings and create career progression paths.

• Establish candidate pipelines and foster client relationships via social networks and industry communities.

• Manage your workload independently and achieve metrics and commitments.

• Implement comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Utilize role design, competencies, skills, and knowledge to market, evaluate, and present candidates.

• Enhance sourcing strategies through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.

• Evaluate and assess candidates while advocating for career opportunities.

• Prepare candidates for successful job placements.

• Provide an outstanding hiring experience and promote client satisfaction.

• Counsel candidates and clients on in-demand skills as well as local labor and workforce trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Strong background in client-facing roles.

• Familiarity with Workday.

• Comfortable with conducting meetings via video conferencing.

• Experience with AI recruiting tools is preferred.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
