Recruiter – Bilingual Spanish/English, Manufacturing High Volume

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to establish position specifications, offering pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against the requirements of the position and provide a robust slate of candidates while cultivating talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details, utilizing market data and compensation guidelines to inform recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Experience in high-volume recruiting within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in Spanish is a must.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Must be available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

• Capability to work during Mountain or Pacific time zone hours.
