This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide information to clients regarding the resolution of inquiries, questions, and/or complaints

• Assist customers of Claro Perú's PostPago service

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

• Availability for morning shifts from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (shifts 9-1 / 10-2)
