This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide information to clients regarding the resolution of doubts, inquiries, and/or complaints related to Claro Perú's PostPago service.

• Handle customer calls.

• Develop commercial potential as part of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Secondary Education.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Provide customer service for Claro Perú's PostPago service.
