This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +2 more states.
• Oversee and facilitate projects encompassing site selection, design, and store openings.
• Analyze markets and monitor competitors, retail activities, and trends in growth.
• Utilize GIS tools for demographic insights and modeling to formulate growth strategies.
• Stay informed about potential site opportunities within market areas.
• Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and support lease negotiations in collaboration with legal teams, franchise partners, and landlords.
• Prepare Real Estate Committee presentations for final assessment and decision-making.
• Instruct franchisees and operating partners on effective site selection practices.
• Conduct field evaluations of proposed sites within the designated territory and timeline.
• Collaborate with construction teams on communications with landlords and developers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial viability.
• Launch new markets as instructed by the Real Estate Committee.
• Sustain relationships with brokers in target development regions.
• Deliver timely updates regarding development initiatives.
• Formulate growth strategies for the company's expansion and franchise partner development.
• Maintain communication with headquarters departments regarding site opportunities and development requirements.
• Participate in ICSC, Retail Live, and other retail conferences to educate partners and identify site opportunities.
• Work in conjunction with Construction, Operations Support, Administration, and pre-opening teams to ensure successful store openings.
• Engage with architecture and design teams to ensure timely plan development and keep franchisees and operating partners on track.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Must be eligible to work remotely in Minnesota, North Dakota, or South Dakota.
