Real Estate Investment Representative/Acquisitions Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct numerous virtual appointments weekly with property sellers.

• Negotiate acquisition prices and terms for properties.

• Handle inquiries from potential buyers and sellers in the market.

• Follow up and cultivate warm real estate leads.

• Present deals to local investors.

• Network and discover organic property leads using comprehensive training and established methods.

• Foster strong relationships with local investors through meetups, networking events, lunch and learns, and more.

• Take ownership of the property acquisition role within the local market.

• Develop expertise in real estate investment through the Emerging Leaders training and development program.
