Investment Banking Associate – AI Financial Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess and annotate intricate financial documents, transaction papers, and investment banking case studies to facilitate AI training and evaluation.

• Compose, review, and enhance pitchbooks, valuation models, and market analysis reports.

• Create and document plausible investment banking scenarios encompassing financial transactions, deal structures, and industry norms.

• Evaluate AI-generated financial content and furnish comprehensive feedback on financial accuracy, analytical reasoning, relevance, and technical quality.

• Examine and consolidate financial statements, transaction data, and market insights.

• Identify and clarify complex investment banking concepts, financial terminology, and industry-specific practices.

• Collaborate remotely with project coordinators to adhere to guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current or recent experience as an Investment Banking Associate, a second-year or more senior Investment Banking Analyst, or in a comparable Sales & Trading position.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, business valuation, financial analysis, and investment banking transaction processes.

• Practical understanding of deal execution, transaction structuring, and capital markets.

• Capability to interpret and analyze financial statements, valuation models, transaction documents, and market data.

• Experience in reviewing financial models, pitchbooks, investment presentations, and other investment banking documentation.

• Familiarity with industry-standard financial documentation, regulatory considerations, and deal structuring methodologies.

• Ability to identify financial discrepancies and evaluate complex analytical content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to provide constructive, detailed, and actionable feedback on intricate financial materials.
