This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Review finalized AI-generated real estate deliverables instead of creating the foundational outputs.
• Analyze task guidelines, supporting documents, completed outputs, and assessment results.
• Evaluate whether the outputs accurately represent genuine practitioner workflows.
• Identify significant errors, omissions, unrealistic assumptions, and specific domain-related issues.
• Determine if the completed work would be acceptable or usable in a professional context.
• Assess whether the assignments depict realistic scenarios in real-world real estate operations.
• Review contracts, disclosures, financial information, regulations, procedures, terminology, and operational assumptions.
• Evaluate transaction documents, including commission, deposit, damages, and other transaction-related calculations.
• Review budgets, reserve data, operational plans, property-management documentation, and scenarios related to HOA or community associations.
• Analyze existing yes/no grading outcomes and quality metrics.
• Independently assign suitable quality bands based on established professional standards.
• Provide succinct written justifications for review decisions and differentiate between significant issues and minor presentation flaws.
• Experienced US real estate professional with a background in residential sales, brokerage, property management, community associations, or rental operations.
• Active US state real estate license and a minimum of 4 years of experience closing personal transactions (Real Estate Sales).
• At least 4 years of experience managing real portfolios or homeowners' associations (Property & Community Association Management).
• Active broker license with over 5 years of experience overseeing agents (Real Estate Brokerage).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment, vehicle, or property rental (Rental Operations).
• Practical experience with contracts, disclosures, negotiations, transaction documentation, budgets, reserves, rental agreements, deposits, damage claims, or similar professional outputs.
• Strong familiarity with residential or commercial sales practices, brokerage compliance, community or portfolio management, or practical rental operations.
• Demonstrated hands-on delivery experience within the relevant profession.
• Experience recognizing issues in contracts, disclosures, budgets, reserve studies, commissions, or related professional outputs.
• Near-native proficiency in business English.
• Capability to provide concise written justifications for professional judgments.
• Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, PDFs, and related professional documents.
• Ability to verify figures, calculations, and maintain internal consistency.
• Candidates with inactive or referral-only licenses may not be well-suited for this role.
• Investors or analysts without direct practitioner-side transaction experience may not align closely with this position.
• Work must be conducted without using any confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, institution, or third party.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
• Flexible scheduling based on project needs.
