📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and cultivate the concierge business within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners who are interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Operate the business through the ALB platform and receive leads for property owners in your vicinity.
