This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Establish and develop a property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Seek out and secure property owners who are interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital solutions.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Cultivate a business that generates recurring revenue through property management agreements.

• Must operate as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Capability to influence property owners and establish trust.

• Drive and aptitude for building an entrepreneurial business.

• Interest in the autonomy of self-employment while being supported by a structured network.

• No specific industry experience is necessary; backgrounds in real estate, sales, or other fields are welcome.
