Real Estate Entrepreneur – Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Initiate and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand as an independent entrepreneur.

• Establish and grow your concierge business within your designated territory.

• Identify and onboard property owners who are interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Recruit and oversee your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage your portfolio of properties utilizing ALB's digital resources.

• Optionally, create your own network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Track owner requests in your region and oversee your operations in real-time through the ALB platform.

• Strong motivation, irrespective of prior industry experience.

• Interest in real estate, sales, or other fields such as hairdressing, management, or hospitality/restaurants.
