📋 Description

• Launch and establish your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Create and expand your property concierge business within your local community.

• Identify and secure property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Build and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Oversee entrepreneurial activities and short-term property management agreements.

• Ability to persuade property owners and cultivate trust.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is advantageous.

• Strong motivation and initiative.

• Interest in the independence of self-employment supported by a structured network.

• Aspiration to create a sustainable, long-term income stream.

• Must hold self-employed status.
