📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance the property concierge service within your local area.

• Seek out and finalize management agreements with property owners.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Earn between 75% to 85% of the concierge commissions generated by your business.

• Create a portfolio of managed properties that yield recurring revenue.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any related field is advantageous.
