📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your property concierge operations in your locality.

• Identify and sign property owners looking to outsource the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Potentially create a network of City Managers under your mentorship.

• Operate your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any related field is advantageous.

• A strong sense of motivation.
