📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and enhance the concierge services sector in your local community.

• Seek out and secure property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Potentially create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Cultivate a short-term rental management business for villas, upscale apartments, and unique lodging options.

• Must be an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Capability to convince property owners and establish trust-based relationships.

• Drive to develop an entrepreneurial venture.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is appreciated but not mandatory.

• Willingness to operate autonomously while benefiting from a structured network's support.
