📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your property concierge operations within your local community.

• Seek out and secure property management agreements with property owners.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently handle a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally, create a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from local property owners.
