📋 Description

• Launch and cultivate your own property concierge business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand your property concierge services within your local community.

• Seek out and secure management agreements with property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.
