📋 Description

• Launch and establish your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Create and expand your concierge services company within your local community.

• Identify and secure agreements with property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Recruit and oversee your local team, including cleaning and maintenance personnel.

• Independently manage your property portfolio utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Develop your own network of City Managers under your guidance.
