📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand.

• Establish and expand the concierge services in your local community.

• Identify and contract property owners who are interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance experts.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Operate the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your vicinity.

• Status as an independent contractor or freelancer.

• Strong motivation and the ability to persuade property owners while building trust.

• Capability to work autonomously with the backing of a structured network.

• Aspiration to create a long-term, recurring income.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other relevant fields is beneficial, though motivation is key.

• No specific degree, certification, or minimum years of experience mandated.
