📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own ALB-branded property concierge venture as an independent entrepreneur.

• Develop and enhance the concierge services in your designated area.

• Identify and secure property owners who are interested in entrusting the management of their assets.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB's digital resources.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.
