📋 Description

• Initiate and expand your own property concierge services venture under the ALB brand.

• Establish and elevate your concierge services firm within your local community.

• Identify and secure agreements with property owners looking to entrust the management of their properties.

• Recruit and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Independently manage a portfolio of properties utilizing ALB’s digital resources.

• Optionally create a network of City Managers under your guidance.
