📋 Description

• Initiate and cultivate your own property concierge venture under the ALB brand.

• Develop and expand your property concierge services within your designated area.

• Seek out and secure property owners who are interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Assemble and oversee a local team of cleaning and maintenance specialists.

• Manage a portfolio of properties independently utilizing ALB’s digital tools.

• Optionally recruit a network of City Managers under your guidance.

• Track operations in real-time using the ALB platform.
