Real Estate Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the real estate strategy and site selection efforts throughout the Western United States.

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with brokers, landlords, and developers.

• Collaborate with franchisees (Team Leaders) to achieve development objectives and implement annual growth plans.

• Partner with Regional Directors of Operations to ensure alignment of real estate strategies with operational goals.

• Create and sustain a dynamic market optimization strategy with assistance from the Real Estate Analyst.

• Monitor and manage the real estate development pipeline to meet annual growth targets.

• Identify over 100 quality real estate opportunities each year.

• Facilitate the conversion of more than 50 accepted sites, 40 committee-approved sites, 35 signed leases, and 30 opened stores annually.

• Ensure all locations comply with Sport Clips’ standards for site quality and long-term success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate site selection and optimization.

• Franchise or retail experience is highly preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in franchising is a plus.

• Proven track record of building and sustaining robust broker networks and landlord relationships.

• Experience working directly with franchisees or multi-unit operators.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a history of collaborative work across teams.

• Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing market growth strategies.

• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time within the Western United States.

• The ability to work in the United States is confirmed by the 'Fully Remote - US' location.
