Real Estate Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily planning, operations, and issue resolution of a team consisting of Real Estate Client-VA pairs to achieve client objectives.

• Collaborate with clients to develop task lists aimed at enhancing business productivity and profitability.

• Assist clients in expanding their businesses by utilizing all services provided by Global Medical.

• Maintain and nurture Real Estate Client-VA relationships.

• Address client needs with Global Medical’s offerings, which includes resolving concerns, anticipating growth opportunities, identifying trends, managing situations, handling high-level escalations, and conducting negotiations.

• Lead a team of virtual assistants while ensuring their performance aligns with client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Real Estate, Business, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of three years of experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Management, or Remote Management.

• Familiarity with operational processes is necessary.

• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to perform under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team setting.

• Self-motivated and a proactive individual.

• Well-organized, focused, and possesses a growth-oriented mindset.

• At least one year of experience in Training and Development is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Capable of thinking creatively and devising solutions as needed.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Suite.

• Willingness to work night shifts.

• Primary computer specifications: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher; 8 GB RAM; Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura; USB noise-cancelling headset; clear video camera.

• Backup computer must meet the specified processor, RAM, and operating system requirements, or possess a UPS that can power the workstation for a minimum of 3 hours.

• Primary internet connection must be DSL/fiber with a minimum contracted speed of 100mb/s.

• Backup internet connection should have a minimum cellular speed of 20mb/s.
